Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering from MH Printers & Enterprises (PVT) Ltd. Most of our products are printed or made to order, so this page explains how long things take and how your order reaches you.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan by courier. You can also collect your order from our Head Office in Rawalpindi or our Gujrat branch [confirm pickup is available]. Please tell us when you place your order if you want to collect it.

Production time

Custom printed items are started after you approve the design. Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on the product and quantity. Large orders, large format printing and special finishes can take longer. We will tell you the expected time on WhatsApp before you confirm your order.

Delivery time

Once your order is dispatched, courier delivery usually takes [3 to 7] working days, depending on your city. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather or public holidays.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on the size and weight of your order and the delivery city. We confirm the charges together with your price quote on WhatsApp, so there are no surprises at delivery.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp.

Damaged or wrong items on arrival

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our Refund Policy explains what happens next.
